Rishawn was very informative.He didn't just show the homes he also gave insight on possible hazards with the homes. I was absolutely nervous to purchase. Rishawn made the process a lot smoother. There was an issue with the lender and he absolutely had my back like a big brother! I will recommend to anyone looking to purchase!

Rishawn is heaven sent! From our first consultation to the first time we met him he was very professional but also down to earth. He walked us through everything and made sure we understood all the things that go with buying our first home. Even when doing the walkthroughs of different homes he let us get a feel for the homes and even pointed out defected things that we didn't see! He made us feel confident in buying our home. He was easy to get in touch with and told us to ask plenty of questions and that he would be nervous if we didn't ask any. He pointed us in the right direction for EVERYTHING! He made sure that whomever he referred to us was just as sufficient as him. He was literally there with us EVERY step of the way!
